Since its creation in 1992, PEP has made eco-responsibility one of its core concerns.
Handling, transforming and manufacturing chemical products poses serious constraints to which we have responded with innovative procedures and technical resources. As early as 2003, we stopped using petroleum-based solvents in our paste compounding technology, replacing them with plant-based derivatives. This means that staff are no longer exposed to their vapours, so these products are 100% V.O.C.-free.

Electricity is our only energy source.
All our products are stored in a warehouse at a naturally stable temperature throughout the year.
Our processes do not discharge any waste water, even the water used for cleaning is stored and collected by a partner agency of the water agency for treatment in dedicated plants.
Our raw materials and finished products are packaged in recyclable packaging.
Internally, we have banned all disposable consumables, use recycled consumables and dematerialise as many documents as possible.

We are a member of several green sectors.
We have reduced the rate of waste products to less than 0.5%*, making us one of the most efficient companies in the chemical industry. No residues are released into the environment.
From the outset, our company's research has focused on developing new products that meet the criteria of the most demanding legislation.
